Cosmetic
/ Esthetic Dentistry
Cosmetic
dentistry is the name given to a group
of procedures that are performed to create a more
aesthetically pleasing smile. A
cosmetic dentist can whiten
teeth, replace missing teeth,
and repair chipped teeth through
a variety of cosmetic dentistry options, including
tooth bleaching, porcelain veneers, bonding, porcelain
crowns, and dental bridges, etc. |

Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin shells of porcelain which exactly
fit over the front surface of the teeth and are held in
place using an adhesive bonding technique. The porcelain
veneers have the unique ability to completely mask unattractively
colored and stained teeth, correct worn and old looking
teeth, close gaps between teeth, repair chipped teeth,
and make crooked and rotated teeth appear straight and
even. All of this can be accomplished using beautiful
translucent porcelain materials that let light through
to appear natural and entirely real. Porcelain veneers
are much more durable than bonded plastic resins and are
relatively maintenance free.
Rehabilitating your smile can usually be accomplished
in a few office visits. Minimal reshaping of your own
teeth is required to create space for the porcelain veneers,
and between visits you will wear temporary veneers which
will appear similar to the final result.
If you've always dreamed of having a stunning smile--a
smile that is straight and white--why waste another day.
With our advanced procedures, such as porcelain veneers
(as seen on “Extreme Makeover”) your new smile
is only a few comfortable visits away.
